What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance receive a full deposit refund. Within 7 days, the deposit is retained as a re-booking fee.
Can I bring my own engineer?
Yes, dry hire is available for qualified engineers. A studio assistant will be provided to ensure smooth operation of our patching and console.
Do you offer remote mixing?
Absolutely. We use high-fidelity streaming tools so you can hear the mix in real-time from your own studio while we work.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have two dedicated client spaces at Wingate Square for easy load-in of heavy equipment.
