All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance via our online portal or direct contact.
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and secure digital payments via our invoicing system.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any studio time or engineering services.
Invoices are issued upon booking. Remaining balances must be cleared prior to the start of the session.
Late payments incur a 5% weekly interest fee. Session files will not be released until full payment is received.
All financial obligations must be met according to the timeline specified in your booking confirmation.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session will allow for the deposit to be applied to a future booking. Cancellations within 7 days result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) are subject to a 100% session fee. This covers pre-production costs and engineer availability.
One reschedule is permitted per booking if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Subsequent changes will incur a £50 administration fee.
Refunds are only issued in the event of studio equipment failure or staff unavailability. All other credits are held for 6 months from the date of issue.
Maintaining a professional and safe environment is paramount at . We expect all clients to treat our space and equipment with extreme care.
Clients are responsible for their guests and must ensure that the studio remains clean. Any equipment used must be returned to its original state.
Smoking, illegal substances, and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited on the premises. Violation results in immediate session termination.
The client is financially liable for any damage to studio property, equipment, or instruments caused by negligence or misuse during their session.
Upon full payment, the client owns the master recordings. retains no rights to the performance content.
Clients agree to credit "" in the liner notes or digital metadata of any commercial release recorded here.
The studio reserves the right to use 30-second snippets of recordings for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
Clients are responsible for clearing all samples or third-party materials used in their recordings. The studio assumes no legal liability.
